Meet the Experts Behind Our Success


Trey Rome
With over 15 years of experience in finance, Trey Rome is a seasoned professional in the industry. After graduating from Southern Methodist University, he served as the Vice President of Corporate Banking for Amegy Bank, where he specialized in acquisition finance for private equity groups. Driven by his entrepreneurial spirit, Trey founded Home Tax Solutions in 2012, a specialty finance company focused on streamlining processes and improving operational efficiencies. His primary objective was to provide Texans with a quick and affordable solution to paying their delinquent property taxes, alleviating their financial burden in an ethical manner. Currently, Trey serves as the Board President of the Texas Property Tax Lienholders Association. A fourth-generation Texan, Trey has called Dallas his home for the past 15 years. When he's not at work, he enjoys spending quality time with his family, hunting, and exploring the scenic beauty of the Texas Hill Country.


Tom Flood
With more than 30 years in Real Estate Multifamily Brokerage, Tom Flood is a highly experienced professional in investment sales. He has an extensive background in owning and managing multifamily assets, both as a general partner and through limited partnership interests with private acquisition partners. Most recently, he served as a Managing Director at PACE Equity, where he specialized in specialty financing for project development of energy-efficient commercial buildings. Throughout his career, Tom has successfully worked with leaders in all asset classes to complete the developmental capital stack efficiently, while maintaining strong relationships with banks and developers. Tom is a graduate of the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University (SMU) and has been a resident of Dallas since 1982. In his free time, he enjoys spending quality time with his wife and family, as well as participating in a variety of sports and activities.


Adam Tunks
Adam Tunks has over 15 years’ experience underwriting first lien debt, mezzanine debt and equity transactions of various commercial real estate property types. After starting his career at NorthMarq Capital, a national commercial real estate investment banking firm, he spent eight years at a small private equity firm focusing on commercial real estate and multifamily acquisitions and rehabilitation projects. During his tenure at the equity fund, Adam developed and administered all phases of investor tracking and reporting. Adam holds undergraduate degrees in Financial Consulting and Economics from Southern Methodist University and a Master of Business Administration from Southern Methodist University Cox School of Business. He lives with his wife and two sons in Dallas, Texas.
